S P Setia’s upcoming flagship development, Setia Fontaines, recently held a soft launch for the first phase of their residential project, Amansara South.
This first phase of Amansara South consists of three sub-phases which are Phase 1A single storey terrace units, Phase 1B single and double storey terrace units, and Phase 1C double storey terrace units. More than 80% of the 286 single storey units in Phase 1A and 1B were quickly snapped up while Phase 1C which consists of 108 units of double storey units recorded a 70% take up rate.
